2 Timothy 1:7: "For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind."

Isaiah 58:6:  "Is not this the fast that I have chosen? to loose the bands of wickedness, to undo the heavy burdens, and to let the oppressed go free, and that ye break every yoke?"

Isaiah 58:13-14: "If thou turn away thy foot from the sabbath, from doing thy pleasure on my holy day; and call the sabbath a delight, the holy of the LORD, honourable; and shalt honour him, not doing thine own ways, nor finding thine own pleasure, nor speaking thine own words: Then shalt thou delight thyself in the LORD; and I will cause thee to ride upon the high places of the earth, and feed thee with the heritage of Jacob thy father: for the mouth of the LORD hath spoken it."

Luke 4:18: "The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he hath anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor; he hath sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised,"

Acts 10:38:  "How God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Ghost and with power: who went about doing good, and healing all that were oppressed of the devil; for God was with him."

Psalm 91:14-16:  "Because he hath set his love upon me, therefore will I deliver him: I will set him on high, because he hath known my name. He shall call upon me, and I will answer him: I will be with him in trouble; I will deliver him, and honour him. With long life will I satisfy him, and show him my salvation."

Joel 2:32:  "And it shall come to pass, that whosoever shall call on the name of the LORD shall be delivered: for in mount Zion and in Jerusalem shall be deliverance, as the LORD hath said, and in the remnant whom the LORD shall call."

Jeremiah 32:27: "Behold, I am the LORD, the God of all flesh: is there any thing too hard for me?"

Luke 1:37: "For with God nothing shall be impossible."

Jeremiah 33:3:  "Call unto me, and I will answer thee, and show thee great and mighty things, which thou knowest not."

Joel 3:10:  "Beat your plowshares into swords, and your pruninghooks into spears: let the weak say, I am strong."

Nahum 1:13:  "For now will I break his yoke from off thee, and will burst thy bonds in sunder."

Obadiah 17 But upon mount Zion shall be deliverance, and there shall be holiness; and the house of Jacob shall possess their possessions.

Micah 7:8: "Rejoice not against me, O mine enemy: when I fall, I shall arise; when I sit in darkness, the LORD shall be a light unto me."

Mark 1:25-26:  "And Jesus rebuked him, saying, Hold thy peace, and come out of him. And when the unclean spirit had torn him, and cried with a loud voice, he came out of him."

Mark 1:32-34: "And at even, when the sun did set, they brought unto him all that were diseased, and them that were possessed with devils. And all the city was gathered together at the door. And he healed many that were sick of divers diseases, and cast out many devils; and suffered not the devils to speak, because they knew him."

Luke 10:19-20:  "Behold, I give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you. Notwithstanding in this rejoice not, that the spirits are subject unto you; but rather rejoice, because your names are written in heaven."

Psalm 91:3: "Surely he shall deliver thee from the snare of the fowler, and from the noisome pestilence."

James 4:7: "Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you."

1 Peter 5:8-9:  "Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour: Whom resist stedfast in the faith, knowing that the same afflictions are accomplished in your brethren that are in the world."

1 John 5:4: "For whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world: and this is the victory that overcometh the world, even our faith."

Psalm 138:7-8:  "Though I walk in the midst of trouble, thou wilt revive me: thou shalt stretch forth thine hand against the wrath of mine enemies, and thy right hand shall save me. The LORD will perfect that which concerneth me: thy mercy, O LORD, endureth for ever: forsake not the works of thine own hands."

Psalm 17:3-4:  "....I am purposed that my mouth shall not transgress.....by the word of thy lips I have kept me from the paths of the destroyer."

Psalm 107:20:  "He sent his word, and healed them, and delivered them from their destructions."

Psalm 126:1-2:  "When the LORD turned again the captivity of Zion, we were like them that dream. Then was our mouth filled with laughter, and our tongue with singing: then said they among the heathen, The LORD hath done great things for them."

Psalm 34:7:  "The angel of the LORD encampeth round about them that fear him, and delivereth them."

Hebrews 1:14: "Are they (angels) not all ministering spirits, sent forth to minister for them who shall be heirs of salvation?"

Isaiah 50:2:  " ...Is my hand shortened at all, that it cannot redeem? or have I no power to deliver?..."

Jeremiah 1:8:  "Be not afraid of their faces: for I am with thee to deliver thee, saith the LORD."

2 Samuel 22:20:  "He brought me forth also into a large place: he delivered me, because he delighted in me."

2 Timothy 4:17-18:  "I was delivered out of the mouth of the lion. And the Lord shall deliver me from every evil work, and will preserve me unto his heavenly kingdom: to whom be glory for ever and ever."

Romans 8:31-32:  "What shall we then say to these things? If God be for us, who can be against us? He that spared not his own Son, but delivered him up for us all, how shall he not with him also freely give us all things?"

Galatians 1:4:  "Who gave himself for our sins, that he might deliver us from this present evil world, according to the will of God and our Father:"

Psalm 32:7:   "Thou art my hiding place; thou shalt preserve me from trouble; thou shalt compass me about with songs of deliverance."

Psalm 34:4:  "I sought the LORD, and he heard me, and delivered me from all my fears."

Psalm 18:2-3:  "The LORD is my rock, and my fortress, and my deliverer; my God, my strength, in whom I will trust; my buckler, and the horn of my salvation, and my high tower. I will call upon the LORD, who is worthy to be praised: so shall I be saved from mine enemies."

Psalm 60:11-12:  "Give us help from trouble: for vain is the help of man. Through God we shall do valiantly: for he it is that shall tread down our enemies."

Isaiah 41:13-14:  "For I the LORD thy God will hold thy right hand, saying unto thee, Fear not; I will help thee. Fear not, thou worm Jacob, and ye men of Israel; I will help thee, saith the LORD, and thy redeemer, the Holy One of Israel."

Proverbs 16:7:  "When a man's ways please the LORD, he maketh even his enemies to be at peace with him."
